Single cell ATAC-seq (scATAC-seq) was performed on bonobo induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) derived cerebral organoids. scATAC-seq was performed on day 60 (2 months old cerebral organoid) and day 120 (4 months old cerebral organoid).
